Cosmopolitan and Digital Kitchen Win Design Prize for Immersive Digital Signage Experience

The Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas and Chicago-based Digital Kitchen were recognized with the Design Grand Prix at the recent 58th Cannes International Festival of Creativity. In addition to the festival’s top honor, the project also received a Gold Lion in the Offline Digital Design category.

According to Digital Kitchen, its mission was to give the building itself a personality, a perspective, a voice. Its solution was to transform each of the hotel’s 500 digital displays into a living art canvas.

“From the marquee, to the casino, to the elevators, guests encounter a beautifully immersive digital experience,” the company said.
This experience culminates in the main lobby, where every visitor is greeted with a unique blend of architecture, contemporary art and cutting-edge digital technology.
