Dormeo Octaspring Partners With Info Retail, Installs Digital Signage

IR installed interactive digital out-of-home displays for European sleep brand.

Atlanta-based experience integration firm Info Retail announced today a new partnership with Dormeo Octaspring, the revolutionary European sleep brand. In this partnership, IR will work to design showrooms for the Dormeo Octaspring brand and assist in opening new retail locations in North America, supporting the brand in crossing the Atlantic Ocean.

Dormeo launched in 2002 with a single mattress and is now a sleep and lifestyle brand with more than 100 different products in more than 30 countries.

IR initiated its work with Dormeo at the recent Las Vegas Market in the World Market Center, where IR designed and installed the Dormeo Octaspring showroom and was able to maintain the “deliciously decadent and whimsical” feel of the brand.

“As a company newly launching our products in North America, we had a distinctive need to show our prospective retail partners how the Dormeo Octaspring brand would best interact with the consumer in the retail environment,” said Chris Henning, president of Dormeo Octaspring, North America. “We chose Info Retail to help us do just that with the design and construction of our new showroom at the World Market Center in Las Vegas. It was an overwhelming success and helped us convey the distinct look and evolutionary feel of our complete product line.”

IR’s experience with design work melds the revolutionary design of Dormeo lifestyle products with signature design motifs from the brand identity such as the chandelier and salutes to old French motifs. The goal of the design was to create an experience for the North American market like nothing else available. As a part of this, IR developed distinctive zones in the showroom that lead the potential customer through an emotional and educational journey, anchored by innovative product experience, digital signage and the Dormeo product itself used in entrancing and unexpected ways.
