Premier Mounts Debuts Ultra-Thin Line Mounting Technology

January 15, 2014

The LMVS Extending Universal Ultra-Slim Flat Panel Mount allows ultra-thin displays to sit closer than two inches from a wall.

Premier Mounts debuted its LMVS Extending Universal Ultra-Slim Flat Panel Mount, designed for a variety of recessed wall or picture-framed digital signage applications, the company announced. Displays between 37 and 63 inches and up to 100 pounds meld even closer to walls for seamless matrix or video wall configurations, in addition to single-display applications, the company said.

The Premier Mounts’ Press & Release access design allows for accessibility anywhere on a video wall, featuring a depression clasp that automatically latches closed and springs open with a push on the display.

The LMVS Extending Universal Ultra-Slim Flat Panel Mount will be on display in the Premier Mounts booth (#710) at Digital Signage Expo, Feb. 12-13, at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.

“I see two important topics driving features of wall mounts for digital signage in the future,” Tiffany Dozier, vice president of sales at Premier Mounts, said. “First: Quick and reliable accessibility for display maintenance, fine tuning adjustments and media player access. Second: Low-profile features to comply with public space code, shallow wall conditions of existing structures and ADA requirements. Premier Mounts’ trademarked ‘Push-in-Spring-out’ line of flat panel mounts offers the highest ROI to integrators and end-users because they reduce installation time by 63 percent. Service call costs are cut by at least 70 percent, due to one-person maintenance and ease of access.”

The LMVS Extending Universal Ultra-Slim Flat Panel Mount meets ADA compliance by providing ultra-thin displays the capacity to sit closer than two inches from a wall.
