Of the successful projects you’ve worked on, which is your favorite, and what steps led to making it a success?”
My favorite project was creating a campaign for our call center’s “Digital Signage Learning Channel.” The campaign was created to support a new initiative in the call center, which changed the way we answered the phones. The project ended up being my favorite collaboration with editors and designers within our communications team. It seemed to be the perfect storm of the right copy mixed with the right designs. Everything was created to give us the highest ROO (Return on Objective). By the week’s end, we had proof that the TVs could drive change within the call centers. This project is one I will always remember as collaboration at its finest!
