At installation, customers must work closely with a digital signage integrator or provider to develop content and determine the best hardware that meets customer goals and the audience. Customers should not assume that a provider is able do this in a vacuum. Most content needs to be nurtured and enhanced over time. Customers should not assume that content never needs to be changed from the point of installation and always plan on updating and refreshing content to engage and remain relevant to their target audience.
