What was the biggest takeaway from Digital Signage Expo 2017 that you’ve been able to use or implement in the months since the show?”
The biggest benefit for my team coming out of DSE is a re-grounding in our approach and recharged excitement about the potential for impact in our restaurants. I have used some of the tactics shared in the education sessions to firm up our process and how we are communicating progress internally and to our leadership. I am leveraging some of the ideas sparked by walking the show floor to help populate my product roadmap as we plan out the next year or two. And lastly, this show is always a good chance to continue to build my network and look outside of my solution to see what is new and evolving, so that I can keep current with the industry.
