What changes have you made to meet increasing regulatory compliance and protect against litigation?


As a brand who handles consumers’ personal information on a daily basis, it is of the upmost importance that we adhere to the regulations and guidelines in order to protect our existing and future customers. 

The downside is this often prohibits us from leveraging the information to be better targeted or to deliver specific messaging based on their needs.  There are times that it keeps us from UGC, which in this age of social and instant celebrity, makes it difficult for us to appear relevant as a marketer.
