What changes have you made to meet increasing regulatory compliance and protect against litigation?

We haven’t made any specific changes to meet regulatory compliance when considering our installations of digital signage. When we first began our projects, we created a content policy that defined what we would allow to be displayed on any of our signage, and considered ADA compliance for any mounted signs, along with usability/accessibility. Regarding compliance with the Canadian Privacy Act, we’ve never tracked any kind of biometrics other than to note the time of the interaction between user and display on our interactive wayfinders, along with what content they touch.
