My company specializes in content licensing for digital signage, so many customers will come to Screenfeed in an attempt to get their hands on video highlights of the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, MLB or even NCAA College Basketball or Football. Unfortunately, timely in-game video is on extreme lockdown for commercial licensing, and the industry isn’t big enough to justify acquiring these rights … yet.

Therefore, we have created two alternative options. The first is our News-in-Pictures solution, which provides high-resolution licensed images of in-game action from our partners: Getty, Reuters and AP, along with one-sentence story summaries from Screenfeed’s internal editorial team.

An even more unique and compelling alternative is our Screenfeed original Sports Central product. The content offers real-time data delivery for pre-in-post-game scores, stats, leader boards and calendars with coverage of the world’s most popular leagues: NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, NBA, NCAA Basketball/Football, PGA as well as international leagues like La Liga, Premier League and Bundesliga.

There is some secret sauce to this product that allows a network operator to localize the data like you would for weather by adding a location parameter to the end of the URL and then leverage our Fanlogic Technology, which automatically organizes the data playback based upon that location, leagues in play, day of the week and time of day.

Sports News-in-Pictures and Sports Central are compelling alternatives for network operators looking to provide sports content to their audience for a fraction of the cost.
