What are some of the metrics of success for a non-ad-based digital signage deployment?”


Most of our signage in the city is informational, so measuring the effectiveness will conclude with an opinion. The information desk will say, “I have been getting less questions about this or that, so I guess the signage is working,” or people will head towards the right door, so it must be the signage. It seems if you want to know if it is working, put incorrect information on the board and wait for the complaints.
