Working on a very limited budget and being a public entity, we utilize social media as much as possible to incorporate the latest trends into our messages. Keeping a message fresh is more imagination than investment. The caution is that you check to make sure that nothing you use is owned by someone else (copyright, trademark…). Even the most utilitarian message can be enjoyed with the right twist.
