What are your top three takeaways from a digital signage overhaul?
In general, based on the size and scale of this overhaul, there may be lots of other potential variations to these takeaways, but my top three are:
- Did the system overhaul meet your customer’s expectations? Are they getting the results they were expecting out of the system both in functionality as well as user experience?
- Did the system overhaul meet your technical expectations? Is the system easy to use, stable and easy to support from a maintenance perspective?
- Did the system overhaul meet any financial goals established as part of the overhaul /implementation? This would largely be in the form of an ROI that may have been defined for the project. I know that in some of our cases for installing locations, we are reducing costs for labor and printing when we replace with a digital sign.
