What are your top three takeaways from a digital signage overhaul?
We actually transitioned to our own in-house signage player and network. We installed a Dell solid-state player on our network that we service ourselves. We use Navori as our platform but control the rest of our head office. This gives us more flexibility and helps us control service issues. Now we handle any issue instead of relying on a third-party to look at the device and then have another party make a service call to go out and fix it. We also gained more space and power with the device to handle our expanded content needs.
