“In what innovative ways have you incorporated real-time and dynamic content into digital advertising?”
We have an ATM hub location in New York City with video walls that can be seen externally as well as internally. The location is positioned directly next to a subway entrance, and we asked ourselves how we could use this opportunity to provide useful information for consumers. Ultimately, we chose to incorporate real-time data feeds that display train arrival and departure times, counting down the remaining minutes for each train in order to help inform those racing down the steps directly next to these walls on their way to catch a train. To date, we’ve gathered a lot of positive feedback from our employees who work in this location. Consumers find the displays useful and appreciate our effort to use our space and technology for the benefit of the community.
