In what ways have you been able to exploit your existing digital signage network beyond the original business objectives to provide greater benefit than originally promised?
Our digital signage network’s goal is to inform our customers in an entertaining way. It also helps us set a brand tone for our retail environment.
We’ve been able to leverage the content of our network and repurpose it in other parts of our company. Our digital signage network content has shown it has legs in other digital assets, including in social media. We are always testing the success and also the limitations of how content can be used.
Aside from repurposing content, we’ve also enjoyed the flexibility the network has given us during retail events and sponsorship activations. Our network can provide the flexibility and contextual relevance necessary to be truly successful at an individual store level.
