In what ways have you been able to exploit your existing digital signage network beyond the original business objectives to provide greater benefit than originally promised?
While we expected most of the benefits we received from our implementation of digital signage, we have been using it for lately is for customer engagement. What I mean by that is that we have been taking client-driven event photos from their staffers, and posting them to our video wall and some of our non-interactive signage around the facility. These photos are usually of fun events in the evenings, potentially from other venues and locations, but that have the delegates of the convention in the shots. We’ve heard great feedback from our clients, and it’s always interesting to see a delegate taking a selfie of themselves in front of a video wall with a picture of them on it.
