In what ways have you been able to exploit your existing digital signage network beyond the original business objectives to provide greater benefit than originally promised?
I believe we are just now entering this area of digital signage. The core foundation of digital signage in the QSR landscape from our perspective is the right content, with the right pricing, 100 percent of the time. On the scale that we deploy content, we needed to concentrate on that first. Now that we have that in place, we are looking at how to execute one-to-one marketing at the point of sale, how to engage the customer digitally and how to delight every customer. Expand into these other areas of the restaurant beyond the menu boards is where the customers will obtain the wow factor, and where you will truly engage them and make their dining experience a memorable one.
