“How many people should be “in charge” of a digital sign?”


At least nine people should be involved. Like any publisher’s content environment, the number of people includes all those creating that ideal experience for the viewer, as:

 

  • 1 from hardware installation
  • 1 from hardware maintenance
  • 1 from sales
  • 1 from operations
  • 1 from content development/acquisition
  • 1 from audience data
  • 1 from marketing
  • 1 from product
  • 1 from finance
