“How have you been advising clients to change their digital signage messaging, if at all, during this pandemic?”

Every brand will have different challenges and needs that arise from the pandemic. Some will stop attempting to drive traffic to their stores because those stores are closed, some will attempt to redirect traffic online, and others find that it is more important than ever to drive traffic to their stores. For the brands that do update their messaging, it is important to remember that even though we as consumers are all experiencing the pandemic, we are all experiencing it in our own ways, and the messaging should show openness and be sensitive to the diversity of customers’ experiences.
