“How has your business model changed, if at all, during this pandemic?”
I wouldn’t say our business model has changed during these challenging times. How and where we work certainly has been impacted. However, our attention to customers’ needs and flawless execution are just as important as they’ve always been. I think the biggest impact is how we all react and respond to changing data points. One thing for sure is that this illustrates how important data is to our industry.
