“Will digital signage continue to evolve to focus on the customer experience, away from simple advertising as we move into 2020?”


I wager that 2020 will mark the major transition into AVA-driven predictive content programs. Utilizing camera data, heat mapping, and traffic patterns, AI will allow us to target demographics and locations for content deployment like never before. This will allow us to make our messaging incredibly effective.
