“What do you see changing in the digital signage space during this pandemic that might positively or negatively impact your workflow?”

I think the biggest impact to digital signage caused by COVID will simply be foot traffic. There is going to be less demand on screens in places because there will be less people out and about. Less people means the impact and reach the screens have is drastically reduced, which then causes the ROI to go down and the justification for the expense a lot harder to achieve.
