“How do you see Artificial Intelligence (AI) figuring in the future of digital signage?”


Customization is the key. Messaging will be tailored to the temperature, the time of the day, and most importantly, to the specific person who is interacting with the signage. From what I’m hearing, marketers will be able to know who you are, who your friends are and probably who you slept with the previous night.  It will allow more precision targeting than anything we’ve ever seen. It’s gonna be great. And a bit scary.
