“How do you see Artificial Intelligence (AI) figuring in the future of digital signage?”

Artificial Intelligence is already at work within digital signage. Examples include traffic, weather, stocks, sports scores, social volume and content being used to trigger/influence creative.  Another example would be machines recognizing vehicles to trigger creative specifically for a vehicle driving by. These are all examples where a human made the decision in the past.  In the future, I see AI providing greater decision-making not only for creative decision-making but for buying/targeting as well.  

In the longer term, I see AI within self-driving cars potentially taking consumer eyes away from the road, so we need to make sure our campaigns always have outstanding creative as well as relative and essential content that keep consumers wanting to look at digital out of home (DOOH).
