“Do you have a plan in place if your display manufacturer either goes out of business or quits providing certain parts?”

It’s best to have open and frequent communication with your company’s display manufacturer by performing business reviews and roadmap plans. This can help minimize the risk of being blind-sided if the manufacturer goes out of business or retires specific parts. Alternatively, some organizations can evaluate the marketplace on a regular basis to determine if there are other suppliers that can serve as secondary suppliers if ever needed.
