“What are some of the ways to get employees involved in generating content (or content ideas) for a digital signage network?”

Most of the messages to be communicated to employees are in the “need-to-know” category, but in order to get employees involved and paying attention, a good sprinkling of “nice-to-know” content can assist.  Sharing successful nice-to-know social media posts or positive comments, developing trivia questions or providing a story prompt to respond to can generate ideas and new content for future communications. Recognition, milestones or other successes shared on the network can enhance community among employees and relevance of the medium.
