Lockheed Martin has always had a process for employees to reach out to our Visual Communications department for content that promotes an event or newsworthy item. But in this day and age of digital signage, we have had to become a bit more diversified. With the introduction of our corporate news, we now conduct in-person surveys of employees visiting our cafeterias and break rooms. We also leave paper questionnaires, allowing people to write about what content they would like to see. In addition, we now advertise within our digital corporate news, directing employees to a link on the intranet, where they can leave suggestions and comments about the content being aired.
