“What do you consider when deciding where to install your digital displays in a new environment?”

The decision to install digital communication screens for our patients and visitors is based on a goal to present messages that are sensitive to their time and can reach them in an effective way. Screens at elevator banks with concise and to-the-point messages have been successful locations for displays. Located in a well-lit, but not super bright location, positioned over the elevator buttons, the screen messages are a combination of health service information, upcoming wellness events and branding.

Obtaining screens in waiting areas has always been under discussion, but since the time in that area is longer, a more robust playlist is needed. On observation, those seated in the area are predominantly using their smartphones to pass the time. The next step is to develop an app that can be downloaded to view our digital messages on their phones as reinforcement of health and wellness messages on the large screens.
