“What effects do you see from players like Google and Adobe entering the digital signage arena?”
The reality of the situation is that I don’t really see much of an impact on large companies like Google and Adobe trying to enter our industry. They make valuable tools, but there is a perception that adding Google magically “ignites” the industry on their part. Sadly, this is not the case. The potential is there, but the fact is, we were doing this for many years before the tech giants noticed us, and while they can do a lot to make things better, none of them really grasp how to become a proper player in this space…yet. Time will tell!
