“Does gesture control really have a place in digital signage, or is it a flash-in-the-pan trend?”


Your point of view on gesture control depends entirely on your content and experiential strategy with each signage placement. As with all tech trends, if it helps solve for your core objective, communicate your key message and enables you to connect with consumers in a meaningful way, then it’s a good idea. And if it doesn’t, then it’s probably just extra tech you don’t need that likely won’t be utilized by consumers.
