“What was your biggest takeaway from DSE 2018?”
It is wonderful to see not only the growth of DSE but also its evolution in the way the event continues to pull in audiences from different markets to help grow the industry. Each year, I walk away from DSE with at least a couple of ideas or new technologies that I am able to present to my clients, which are relative to projects on which we are working. Continuing on that trend this year, I discovered a couple new technologies on the floor (namely Kino-mo and Epson LightScene), which will be useful to us on future projects. My biggest takeaway though was having an opportunity to better understand how a variety of CMS providers and other agencies are using audience analytics and data to drive the way they are strategizing.
