Banco Atlantida is located in the Multiplaza Mall in the city of Tegucigalpa. It sports a white color infrastructure since the technological installations are red so they stand out and grab the attention of our customers.
This is the first digital installation in the country, and it has made a great impact on the clients since they have had a new experience from the moment they enter through the doors.
The main objective was to modernize the four digital rooms of Banco Atlantida
With this Bank (Banco Atlantida), our customer requested an interactive floor, where the bank customers would be able to watch information about the business on the floor while they are moving inside the digital room. The biggest challenge with this customer was to select the right software, because the bank was expecting the area to be high traffic, so we had to select a software that was able to handle a lot of people in a short amount of time.
After a successful negotiation, we decided to make an alliance with the English company LuminVision. They provided us with technical support for the installation of motion sensors with cameras and the possibility of linking the sensors with the projectors. In that way, we were able to project the Bank’s information on the floor while the customers moved inside the digital room. In total, we installed 24 projectors in four different stores.
The improvement on the digital agencies has had a positive result since the project began. We’ve seen a rise of 25 percent in the use of digital agencies, a rise of a 100% percent in the response time in the agencies providing tablets solutions helping the customers when they needed a service form the bank. This greatly helps give better service and experiences to our customers
