ATLANTA, GA, September 5, 2018 – BoardActive, developer of the International patent-pending iAdvertising software platform that connects traditional and digital signage to smartphone users, announced today that it has appointed Ray Rotolo as President and Sandy Seago as Chief Revenue Officer.
Mr. Seago joins BoardActive from DOmedia, where he was Chief Revenue officer. Sandy was part the team that added hundreds of millions in Media under Management. During his tenure DOmedia was the # 1 company in the fast 50 in 2015.

Mr. Rotolo joins BoardActive from Gimbal, where he was Senior Vice President, GM Channel Partnerships. As part of the original Gimbal management team that led the successful spinoff from Qualcomm, Ray led channel development and execution across a wide range of media and enterprise clients.
Prior to Gimbal, Ray was the COO, and then CEO, for Posterscope, one of the largest OOH media planning and buying agencies in the US where he oversaw over $500MM in client media spend. Ray was a cofounder of Chrysalis (OOH agency for Havas) and one of the original directors of Kinetic, where he founded Target: health, the first media agency dedicated to the point of care media channel.
BoardActive International patent-pending iAdvertising software connects advertisers and consumers. BoardActive was established in 2016, but the concept started four years earlier when founder and CEO Doug Pittman was taking his son to Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Doug saw a captivating billboard on the long drive and couldn’t remember the message after he had passed it. He debated on backtracking to see it again but the next exit was miles away. Instantly, he saw the need to bring back the visual advertisement to consumers who can’t remember the ad or interact with the advertiser.
