Building a Roadmap for Creating an Engaging Digital Experience in Retail


AtlantaDigital Signage Expo (DSE), the world’s largest international trade show and educational conference dedicated to digital displays, interactive technology and digital communications networks, announced today that Chip Harding, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Simon Property Group, and Stephen Gottlich, Vice President of Digital Solutions and Strategic Alliances for Gable, will co-present a session at DSE 2017 entitled, “Building a Roadmap for Creating an Engaging Digital Experience in Retail.”

This general conference session is part of the Seminar Program at DSE 2017 designed specifically for End Users in the Retail Sector.

To be presented Wednesday, March 29 at 9 a.m., this session will discuss the rise of digital signage and visual technologies in retail environments, and how shopping center are going digital in an effort to connect with consumers and crate digital experiences that are compelling, relevant and create revenue. Attendees will:

  • Learn about the evolution of digital signage and visual solutions, and the variety of options available for shopping centers, including touchscreens, interactive digital signage, large-format and other technologies.
  • Discuss consumers’ growing need for experiences and how to begin the conversation about how shopping centers and retailers can plan and implement digital experiences that connect with mobile consumers, increase shopper convenience, build partnerships and boost revenue.
  • Discuss how digital technology has enhanced the in-store experience and is allowing shopping centers and retailers to connect with mobile consumers, increase shopper convenience and promote an online presence.
