New York, NY – Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) (NYSE: CCO), a subsidiary of iHeartMedia Inc., today announced the appointment of Dan Ballard to Branch President of its Minneapolis division. Ballard will report to Paul Corvino, Midwest Regional President of Clear Channel Outdoor. In his new role, Ballard will provide leadership in all areas of business operations including sales, real estate, public affairs, operations and finance for the Minneapolis market. Most recently Ballard served as Corporate Vice President of Revenue Management for the company.
As Branch President of Minneapolis, Ballard will be responsible for growing revenue opportunities and expanding distribution through strategic deployment of Out-of-Home (OOH) assets for the market’s 1,500 printed billboards and 53 digital signs. He will also focus on building relationships with clients, lessors, communities and various state and local officials and ensure the Minneapolis branch’s safety measures, employee productivity, morale, training and development.

Prior to his new position, as the Corporate Vice President of Revenue Management for six years, Ballard delivered sophisticated pricing and inventory packaging tools to the company’s entire salesforce helping to drive sale performance and inventory yield. He joined Clear Channel Outdoor in 2009 as a Business Analytics Director. Earlier in his career, Ballard held various corporate positions with P&G, Colgate Palmolive, Swift Transportation, and Honeywell Aerospace.
He holds an MBA from Kansas State University and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Arizona. Ballard will be relocating to Minneapolis with his family.
