This March, Las Vegas will become the epicenter for the latest and greatest in technology aimed at furthering the digital signage and retail industries. Digital Signage Expo (DSE), the world’s largest international trade show and educational conference dedicated to digital displays, interactive technology and digital communications networks, recently forged an agreement with GlobalShop show management to extend reciprocal exhibit hall access to all qualified attendees for both 2017 events.
Both Digital Signage Expo 2017 and GlobalShop 2017 will be held in Las Vegas March 28-30, 2017. Digital Signage Expo will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center and GlobalShop will be at the Mandalay Bay, making it convenient for attendees of either show to see and meet with exhibitors at both events. Complimentary DSE Exhibit Hall passes will be granted to any qualified attendee of GlobalShop and vice versa.
“Our trade show attendees are dedicating three days or more of their time to our show. As organizers, we have a responsibility to fill those days away from the office with as much value and moments of inspiration as possible,” said GlobalShop Director of Sales & Marketing Heather Kuznetz. “The coincidence of coinciding show dates is an opportunity for us to create an even larger event and marketplace to support the industries we serve.”
“The idea seemed like an ideal way to provide digital signage and audiovisual industry players with an expanded retail technology dimension and vice versa,” said Digital Signage Expo President and COO Chris Gibbs. “So, for 2017, qualified attendees will truly have a one-stop shop in Las Vegas for all the latest products in the field as well as the networking, education and insight that comes with such major conferences.”
NOTE: Qualified attendees are End Users, Integrators/Installers, Ad Agencies and Brands (those who are in a position to purchase or influence the purchase of digital signage). Manufacturers or providers of digital signage services will be required to pay the NES (non-exhibiting supplier) fee of $995 (price increases to $1,295 after 2/17/17). Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis by show management.
The DSE 2017 show floor will be open on Wednesday and Thursday, March 29 and 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The Globalshop show floor will be open beginning Tuesday, March 28 and run at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Tuesday and Wednesday, but will close at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 30.
