Digital Social Retail to Showcase Digital Signage Technology with LG at InfoComm 2017


NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Digital Social Retail will showcase new features incorporated into its digital signage technology at InfoComm 2017, June 14-16 in Orlando, Fla. The company will be displaying its technology in the LG Electronics booth (#1626).

With the Digital Social Retail update, compatible LG digital signage displays with the LG webOS for Signage platform are able to pull information from a consumer’s smartphone and display their personal profile on the screen with product suggestions based on past purchases, profile, loyalty programs, and more.

The profile can include Facebook pages, photographs, interests and other tailored content. Also new is the ability to display multiple media at once. Mixing and matching can be done with personal profiles, advertisements, local time/weather/date, live television, sports scores, stock market prices, news and any other form of media, all capable of being displayed in any section of the screen. The new features are drag-and-drop along with the rest of the Digital Social Retail platform.
