DSE 2018 to Host SEGD Branded Environments: Design for Brand Centric Customer Experiences

AtlantaDigital Signage Expo (DSE), the world’s largest international trade show and educational conference dedicated to digital displays, interactive technology and digital communications networks, announced today that it will host the all-new, two-day  Branded Environments: Design for Brand Centric Customer Experiences on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 27 and 28, at DSE 2018, hosted by the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD).

The program will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, with a welcome by Justin Molloy, SEGD’s Director of Education, followed by a keynote address by Eric Heiman, Partner and Creative Director of Volume, Inc. SEGD will host a mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. that evening. The program agenda includes:

Tuesday, March 27, 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Session 1:  Boundless Touchpoints: Extending the Brand Experience for Sport and Entertainment Venues, to be presented by Asher Johnson of Dimensional Innovations.

Session 2:  Quantified Experiences: Innovating Retail Banking though Branded Environments, to be co-presented by Dardinelle Troen of Ditroen, and David Hawkins of Incite CX.

Session 3:  Bringing the Inside Out: A Story of Human Perception and Public Space, to be presented by Faith Berry-Parent from Studio SC.

Session 4:  From Ride to City: Physical Experiences Along the Journey, to be presented by Danielle Lindsay-Chung from Uber.

Session 5: Designing for Your Users: Integrating Research into the Design Process, to be presented by Gregory Nelson of Altitude Design.

Session 6: Global Impact: Brand Building for Innovative Place, to be co-presented by Simon Hancock and Charlie Bromley of There.

Dialogues: Roundtable Conversations on Trends and Issues in Experiential Graphic Design Practice, to include:
