For the past nine of the 21 years that Penny Carter has worked in IT with Lockheed Martin, she has played a proactive part in developing the organization’s digital signage experience. She helped research, design and deploy digital signage as a means to communicate to the non-wired employees at Lockheed Martin in 2008.
