The unique store is designed to show carriers, independent wireless dealers, and repair service providers how retail can be redefined for today’s consumers who are driven by experiences.
Attendees will be guided through a tour that will showcase the technology behind a complete store experience from the moment a customer walks in, to the moment they checkout through the seamless POS process. Behind the scenes, visitors will get to see how iQmetrix powers wireless retailers with platform technology, powerful metrics and reporting, and a full ecosystem of partner integrations that can generate additional revenue.
iQmetrix will be walking wireless retailers through case studies from Samsung, TESSCO, Staymobile, and others to show how solutions ranging from endless aisle, drop ship and digital signage, to POS, e-commerce, metrics, and payments can work together to enhance the in-store experience. To top it off, the store will feature a live repair shop where visitors can get their phone protected with a glass screen protector on the spot and experience iQmetrix’s enhanced Service & Repair module.
