One Giant Leap: MaxMedia Retail Lab Tour


MaxMedia, an Atlanta-based digital retail experience agency dedicated to enhancing shopping through installations and digital signage, held their Inaugural Retail Lab Tour in mid-May 2016 complete with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Part showroom, part skunkworks, the Lab provides the chance to experience new digital technologies applied within a retail context. Its simulated store environments are the backdrop for ongoing experimentation in how to better understand the path to purchase and how to create emotionally-charged retail experiences at scale.
