Rouge Media Hires Vice Presidents for Finance, and Technology, Operations and Logistics

Rouge Media has been expanding rapidly across North America, widening its already strong footprint by adding hundreds of new venues and servicing clients across the continent. In an effort to systemize the expansion, Rouge has recently announced two new additions to its senior leadership team. Jessica Palombella joins Rouge Media as Vice President – Finance, and Susan So as the Vice President – Technology, Operations and Logistics.

Susan brings with her over ten years of experience as an Operations leader in the Media industry including roles at Toronto Star, Metro News Canada and TC Media, and over 20 years in a Marketing operations role. Susan has led multiple hubs and verticals across borders and headed internal execution teams at every stage from strategy to logistics and distribution. Her dynamic leadership skills and ability to put her strategic plans into action will help Rouge scale its growth at a faster and smoother speed.

A Chartered Accountant, Jessica comes to Rouge Media with a repertoire of experience across retail, mining, financial services, and public accounting. Her most recent role was as Chief Financial Officer with South Western Insurance Group, providing financial guidance and leadership on strategic and operational initiatives. With nearly twenty years of experience in progressively senior roles, Jessica has managed finance and accounting functions throughout a variety of roles. Her diverse experience includes mergers and acquisitions, financial and management reporting, planning and forecasting, compliance, and more.

Both Susan and Jessica will be based out of the Toronto office, and oversee teams across US and Canada.
