Global digital engagement platform SignStix® has been named as ‘Best Cloud Service’ at the prestigious UK Digital Experience Awards 2016. SignStix also won an award within the same category just last year, in recognition of its outstanding cloud-based platform for global content delivery.
With a particular focus on sharing best practice, the UK Digital Experience Awards recognise and celebrate the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through digital media channels. This year’s awards attracted more high-calibre entries than any other year, with stiff competition across all digital experience categories.
SignStix, whose feature-rich platform is used by leading retailers, corporates and Fortune 500 companies, delivered a powerful entry specifically geared towards its cloud-based platform and Special Ops initiative. The Special Ops initiative, launched this year, delivers custom development projects for clients with bespoke needs. Using the core platform, SignStix can be entirely customised to deliver entirely unique digital experiences.

The fantastic result is the latest in a string of significant award wins over the past 24 months, SignStix being named the winner of the ‘Solution Provider Excellence Award’ at Toshiba’s annual Together Commerce Alliance Awards in Latvia earlier this year.
“Over the last two years, we have achieved some amazing results with our solution – but that doesn’t mean that we have become complacent,” added Nick. “Although the awards are a testament to the amazing work that we have been doing, we certainly aren’t resting on our laurels – and we are looking forward to some incredibly exciting times ahead for SignStix®.”
As well as having lots of new projects in the pipeline for 2017 and beyond, SignStix® has also worked closely with a variety of retailers this year to deliver truly exceptional customer experiences.
Throughout 2016, SignStix® worked with a well-known, fast-fashion etailer on the grand opening of their first ever physical store, using digital technology to provide a truly omnichannel customer experience for their digitally-focused customers; and also developed a completely new, immersive digital journey with a leading electronics retailer who have recently opened the first of many stores to feature the new format.
