Vyoma Media has successfully installed 233 digital displays across all 24 metro stations in Kolkata.
The displays, which have never been seen before, will enhance customer benefits at the point of transaction. Smart features include the support and recognition of 14 different types of daily ticket transactions and payment methods, information in multiple languages such as English, Hindi and Bengali, real-time customer journey details and relevant branded content to keep commuters engaged while they wait to book their tickets.
Vandana Sharma joins the team as Business Head Corporate Sales and will be tasked with identifying business opportunities across the eastern market. Vandana has over 20 years of experience in financial services and business development. Prior to joining Vyoma, she was working with Signpost India Pvt. Ltd as General Manager – East handling Sales and Revenue for Kolkata Airport. She has also worked with TDI International India Limited, Mjunction Services Limited and banks like ABN AMRO, HDFC and Standard Chartered. She will be based out in Kolkata.
